The Bridgebarn originally dates from the 17th century, and was indeed a barn complete with silos inside! Originally it had a thatched roof but it was converted to its present fully tiled roof in the 1930's. 

The building still has some of the original oak beams inside, and now houses many antiques for sale.

Don't let the small frontage fool you, this shop goes on and on and on!
